Refund & Return Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled at any time up to
1 day before the expected delivery date
.
To cancel an order, go to
My Orders
and click the 'Cancel' button.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped or marked for delivery.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Damaged product received
Wrong product delivered
Missing items in the package
Return requests must be raised within
3 days of delivery
.
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
Return pickup will be arranged in serviceable areas.
Refund Policy
Refund will be initiated
only after the product is returned and quality check is completed
.
The refund amount will be credited to the original payment mode (UPI, bank, wallet, etc.).
Refunds are processed within 7 working days
after the product reaches the seller.
If order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be initiated immediately.
